The Arc believes that people should be able to work in competitive employment for fair wages regardless of disability. In order to help facilitate this, Thrifty Threads and Things provides opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to volunteer in our shop.

Education

The Arc believes that every child should have a goal of full inclusion in a general education classroom. The Arc also believes that young adults with disabilities should be encouraged to further their education after high school.
